Proudly we'll feature Noble Springs Farm and the lovely Justine and Dustin who, with vast labors of love, run their Franklin, TN goat farm.
Five courses featuring goat cheeses with wine and/or cocktail pairings. Imagine homemade ravioli, salads, spreads and beef stuffed goodness all featuring goat cheese. There will be plenty of lighter dishes, so don’t fret! And of course plenty of wine to wash it down.
